Quick and easy set up and great product service at an excellent price! – Installation and set up of the camera system was extremely easy. I’ve installed more advanced security camera systems over the past few years and was looking for a small one with easy set up (wireless) for my business. I came across this particular system and given the reviews I decided to give it a shot. Glad I did, it was super easy to set up and everything worked as expected. The system was plug and play essentially! I did have an issue being able to view the cameras from my phone using the app the instructions directed me to install. I did reach out to service on this (via an e-mail address I found in the other customers reviews) and received a very quick response (surprisingly) directing me to download another app that worked perfectly! When I didn’t reply back to the response by service (as I was working quite a bit at the time) they actually e-mailed again just to make sure I was able to view the cameras from the app. All and all, a very solid system for the price point and the very attentive technical service they provide is such a huge plus! I’d absolutely recommend this camera system for anyone looking for a quick and easy installation at a value price.

With this NVR it has excellent playback features – Cameras work well, picture is great. Playback features are wonderful and easy to access. Installation on the other hand for me was a $@#%~| nightmare!!! Customer service is only 5:30 to 8:30 California time. So I had to use email and it took me four days to get this installed because I could only communicate through email. The place I was installing them had a elderly lady who went to bed at 8:30. I wish they would move according to motion. These are big bullet cameras and hard to hide.

Outstanding service on an excellent product at a very affordable price! – If you want to record up to eight 3MegaPixel color and night vision cameras with sound, and you are willing to test each intended mounting location for acceptable signal quality before finalizing installation, you will be very satisfied with this system! It will likely exceed your expectations where abilities and performance are concerned. I highly recommend their exceptionally dedicated and well-trained customer service staff, whom I dealt with via both phone and email (because I’m not always the “sharpest knife in the drawer” when it comes to electronic issues). I’m 75 years old, but they were STILL very kind and patient with me, and they solved every issue I threw at them, while making me feel valued.

Good – We are satisfied with these cameras, during the day the video is very good but at night it gets worse, it may be because we have them installed inside the apartment, recording 24/7.

Problems in the operating system. – Cameras are very good but the operating system leaves a lot to be desired. Had trouble with it remembering my password, had to reset it several times. Got messages that there was no memory left for recording even tho it was set To overwrite.. tech support’s solution was to re-format losing roughly 30 days of recording. I expressed my dislike for this solution but still haven’t received a solution that SOLVES the issue correctly.
