– I purchased this system a couple weeks ago and installed outside. Everything was working great except for 1 camera. I called customer service and they walked me thru the problem. It took about 3 minutes and the problem was solved. I couldn’t be happier. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this to everyone

Best camera system for the price – This is the second Hiseeu system that I purchased. The first was for my mothers house and I loved it so much that I purchase this one to replace and older Q-see wired system that I had. Product support is great. I call in the morning and did not even leave a message and still got a call back the same day. The tracking is great, I love how it switches to color at night when it detects something and follows the person. I was also able to add the cameras from my mothers system that I was not using on hers.

Good products, requires patience to set up with wireless network – Manual for newer Mod 203 cameras needs patience to install using app. You must first install the camera NVR router, then all is fine.

Set up was fairly straight forward…especially after figuring out how to download the app (it would’ve been even more straight forward if I had opened the owners manual to find the very simple QR scan code for the app-my fault)

We chose this one for the higher resolution cameras, and also for the PTZ cameras, and based on good reviews here on Amazon. The video and audio quality is quite good. The PTZ cameras are convenient, although in retrospect we should have ordered the cameras that automatically follow motion.
