2K Security Camera & A+ customer service. – Even though this is an outdoor camera, we’ve been using it indoors to keep an eye on my elderly parents when we can’t be there. I love it because you can move it any direction(up, down, left, right). We can watch from their bedroom doors, in the hallways & into the kitchen. I had a little bit of a problem with the 1st camera. But this company is exceptional with their service. They answered me just a few minutes after writing to them. And they continue to stay in touch helping with any & everything! They are always quick to respond, very helpful & so very kind. I wish I could give them a million stars. They have been absolutely outstanding! Even though this camera was on sale at a very very affordable price, its an awesome camera(even though we are using it indoors instead of outdoors). The motion tracking & motion detection are great. Or you can keep it focused on 1 location. The flood lights are bright & light up the area nicely. I haven’t used the alarm since we are using it indoors. But the color is really good with daylight or lights on. & the night vision in black & white is still clear to see everything. The app that controls it is easy to use too. Its pretty easy to set everything up & took maybe 10-15 minutes from taking it out of the box, to connecting to wifi, installing the app & mounting it on the wall. I also like that you don’t have to subscribe to a “cloud” service to keep recordings. You can install a sd card(not included) but you have to purchase it separately(which is fine with me). Talking through the camera through the mic & speakers, to my parents has been awesome. They hear me clearly & I can hear them clearly, even being miles & miles away. I also like that you can zoom in if you want to see something a little closer. Its an over-all great security camera. & even more so with this company’s(PANORAXY) customer service is exceptional!!! Honestly, more companies should strive to be like them. They have an awesome product with exceptional customer service!!!

Pretty good but not perfect – I got this camera to keep an eye on my little 5 lb dog when she is out in the yard because I am disabled and it is difficult for me to go out with her, and, I can only see a small portion of the yard from the window/door. She is black so I can’t see her at all at night.

Great value – This Panoraxy outdoor security camera has a nice clear picture. Playback on sd card is pretty smooth as it is mounted about 40 ft from router. Has multiple features such as motion tracking, siren, flood light and activity notifications. If you activate motion tracking and you have a lot of nearby traffic you might be better off keeping it disabled. Cloud edge app works very good and I am satisfied with the overall performance of the app and camera.

Great camera without the high price, bought 6 of them. – I have bought many different surveillance cameras. Most have one set of problem after another. I had bought ones that give me free 6 seconds of video (which isn’t enough), but even that little they just rescind that 2 years later! Basically, none of them really work unless you pay a subscription fee. Not this camera.

Excellent budget security cams – I bought two of these during their Prime Day deals and I’m thoroughly impressed at the quality and functionality of these cams. What I like about them is no need for a paid subscription and there are several settings that can probably suit your needs, like sensitivity, quality and alerts. I almost purchased another one that didn’t have the 360 degree angles, but I’m really glad I went with this one. The only thing I can’t review on is longevity, so I’ll have to come back after some time has elapsed.

Good Product. Worked like a charm – Great price and installation was easy. The app downloaded to control it is free and worked fine. I like the feature where you can zoom in and out and move the camera at all directions. However, I can’t give it a 5-star review. I didn’t see a feature of Siren in the app even though I downloaded the most resent version. Also, there is misleading information on cable length and type in the video which shows different type of cable and longer length than the actual cable. The warranty on this is nowhere to be found. I went to the Panoraxy site to register the product; the site is a joke. Overall, so far so good on this camera and no other issues found.
