False alerts every few minutes – Update- I have been in contact with Rose and will try what she suggested soon. All the false alerts burned through the data in just 9 days and had me completely ignoring them. No branches in view of the camera, so I assume it is reacting to the shadows? Also to bugs at night that seem drawn to the infrared lights. Set up was pretty easy, had to modify the mounting bracket to use 3″ screws to mount it on a tree with rough bark. Was really hoping this would work better than it has. Motion sensor is way too sensitive and there is a significant delay between the motion and the alert (when I walked or drove into the frame). Was hoping to be able to capture license plates of any vehicle that pulled in, but doesn’t seem like that will work.
