Customer service and tech response was great. – First off…the camera itself was great when it worked. After a week, I started having a lot of issues with it and “connection lost” when trying to view on the app. Im not sure if it was an issue with the camera, or the app itself but after reaching out to them to advise them on the situation they tried a variety of things to try and get my camera back online…to no avail. So when they couldn’t get the camera back online, they decided to send me out another one. No hassle at all. It literally arrived 2 days later. Customer service went above and beyond, thank you!

Great Customer Support – I recently purchased 2 ANRAN wired security lights from Amazon. While the manual was quite good, I had a problem inserting the SD Card. I used Amazon’s seller contact tool provided on my order page to ask the seller for help. I really wasn’t expecting a reply but received a reply the next day. I was supplied a helpful video showing the correct way to install the card. The manual has a drawing picturing the SD Card with an arrow that I incorrectly thought was the front of the card. The picture in the manual is quite small resulting in my overlooking the nipple on the side of the card. After a closer inspection of said picture, I could see I had been inserting the card backwards. The card went in nicely once I had turned it in the correct direction.

Great Buy for the money – Reading the reviews on this camera, I didn’t know if I would like this camera or not. I bought this camera when Amazon had it marked down really low for 2 hrs. I installed this cameras myself, I didn’t have a problem downloading the app thats needed to work the cameras. The instruction says not to have the cameras in direct sunlight. My camera I have in the back of my house, I had know choice but to place it in direct sunlight. It’s been about 3 weeks now, so far no Issues. I didn’t like the tracking on the camera, I turned off the tracking, I also turned off the notifications in the daytime and resumes it at nighttime. The cameras video is very clear, much better then I thought it would be. I love my cameras, I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.
