Do not waste your money if you are concerned about your security needs – Tech support is horrible to say the least. No phone number to be able to talk to an actual person. The preexisting question and answer just take you around in circles with no true answers to your problems. The cameras are constantly going offline and to restore them you have to delete and relearn all of the cameras. Absolutely the worst money I have ever spent.

fantastic at first – I keep having problems with the recording to the library. it is at best sporadic. I have contacted support but they did not seem to understand the problem. I had to repeat myself a few times. the cameras have not been recording to the library for WEEKS. They are working fine LIVE they are ONLINE. set up was a breeze when I followed directions step by step. I have them wired so never a recharge problem. I have recommended them a hundred times! the problem with the recording to the library the tech support claims they need to be updated but the cameras say NO UPDATE is available. in the past week ONE camera started recording to the library, the other 2 are NOT recording. my free tech support is good until July although the agent tried to sell me assistance. I also purchased a 3 year plan for insurance. I have the box to send back to amazon if needed. these were so nice AT FIRST!

Nice product – As far as my Arlo cameras go, all five of them, I really like the product. They were easy to set up, they’ve been running flawlessly for months. And their cloud service works great. The only issue I have is that their Web portal went awry, not allowing me to adjust modes over the web (App worked fine). Then I went through 4 days of torture to get to the bottom of my problem. Why their first tier of support was not aware of an ongoing problem bewilders me. I worked with six different first tier support people on the same support ticket, answering the identical questions over and over. I’m patiently waiting for a resolution. But I have to say again, I really like the product.

Does the job, but connection is spotty – Mounter camera above my door after neighbors/management in my complex started banging on my door at 3am. Obviously asleep, I would rely on this camera to help me identify who was outside. Only about 20% of the motion detection captures recorded who was knocking (they did, in fact, face criminal punishment. Plus to Arlo). However, because I am missing 80% of the footage because Arlo doesn’t detect all motion even within activity zones, I’m absolutely clueless as to who may have been messing with my door and damaging the outside of my property. Arlo video quality is superb, but camera dies frequently after full charge with no warning. Large gaps of video go missed even with memory card and cloud storage. I’ll be sticking with Wyze.
