I can see you. Stops shoplifters. – I have 5 Blink outdoor cameras around my property. I have a vendor booth in an Antique mini mall. Shoplifting was becoming a problem with vendors that don’t have cameras. I added 2 Blink indoor cameras in my booth and no more theft. They see the cameras and don’t bother with my booth. I added the pan/tilt to one camera and I love it. Because I already had the cameras set up, when I plugged in the pan/tilt base it recognized the system and automatically synched. I’m 40 miles away at home and I can pull the camera up on my cell phone and adjust the angle and point it around to see what items have been sold or what people are looking at and hear their comments on prices of my stuff. The one minor thing is would like to see addressed is to be able to teach the pan/tilt head whee I want it’s home position to be. Every morning when The power comes on the camera goes to the factory home position. With this position the camera is aimed up a little too high and I have to lower it down a few degrees. I have to set my alarm to ring 20 minutes after the store opens to remind me to adjust the camera angle. Overall I’m pretty pleased with it.

Easy to set up and use. Works as you would expect. App needs tweeking – I use this to keep an eye on my kittens when they are sequestered in their room. The app is straight-forward and I can somewhat easily pan and tilt to follow my munchkins while they play.

Love this! – It is exactly what I needed. It allows me to better view what’s going on. You can pan 360°, communicate with whoever is near the camera or in the room with the camera. the mini camera fits it perfectly, you just snap it in.

1 of 2 worked.. got a dud. – I ordered 2 of these pan tilt units. I opened the first one and tried over and over again to get it to work. Camera had no power and wouldn’t hook up. I opened the second one and it worked right away. I attempted to hook up the first pan tilt to a different camera and it still wouldn’t work. It’s a dud! It you can’t get your camera to work and connect to your wi-fi, it’s because the pan tilt unit has no power conducting through it. Even while plugged in the outlet and all cables hooked up properly.. the unit itself is not conducting power, it’s not your camera. It’s a broken or non working pan tilt. Now I have to return one and hope the replacement works.

Download the Blink app on your phone and go! – It’s just that simple. I have an outdoor Blink, that I love, so adding this to the hub was a cake walk. I was confused about the swivel base until I went to Pan-Tilt Settings. Okay, I admit I thought I might have the misfortune of following every footstep of uninvited hooligans around my house with this camera. As if I would be calmly following them around via a cell phone app. I’d be losing my mind! But…meanwhile, in the app I went to “home” and clicked on this camera. Aha! I clicked on the top right (looks like musical notes)…Camera settings, went to Activity Zones, set where I want the camera to (or not to) focus in the room. Done. Scrolled down to Pan-Tilt settings, clicked on Calibrate Pan-Tilt Mount…badaboombadabing! Then, I went online to see if I there’s was a better way to this. Cause I don’t read instructions, but I admit it. All together, maybe 30 minutes max, to set up, with the app. The picture is crystal! The price is right! So far, so good!

Great for monitoring pets while away. – Lovely upgrade for our blink indoor camera. I am able to see where the dogs might be if they’re not directly in front of the camera. The only complaint i would have is the lag when moving the camera, it can take awhile and i don’t think its our signal as we are full time travelers and have Starlink and have used this with excellent signal at times and still had the same issue. Also, if you unplug it for any amount of time for traveling it will need to be recalibrated when its powered back on which can take awhile because it doesn’t always want to work, you almost have to be standing right next to it for it to recalibrate, so if you leave the house and try to do this remotely it wont work and you can’t see what’s going on at home.

Love it! (Update). A must buy! – I looked at numerous You Tube videos about installation. Connected it just as the directions say. Couldn’t get through to Tech Support. So this thing is useless! I rebooted my wifi, phone, reset the interior camera several times, removed the device from my Blink app & reinstalled it several times. After about an hour, I decided I didn’t need something like this.
