Great Camera Lens – I bought this lens for my daughter for her Canon camera. She takes great photos of birds that gather around our residence. The telephoto lens does the job and she is so excited about taking taking more photos.

Poorly Processed – The lens is just fine. Its just that when it was shipped to me, it had a large sticky splotch that had hardened and I couldn’t get it off with anything. Not even professional cleaning could do it. You would think that for the amount of money that these things take to make and sell, they would take better care of them, especially with how fragile they are…

Perfect for my skill level and what I’m doing – Let me start by saying I’m a complete amatuer. I love natue and was taking pictures with my phone until my husband got me a Canon EOS 4000D this past Christmas. I wanted to get better pictures of the birds I watch every morning from my porch so decided to get this lens. It’s awesome. Super easy to use. The auto focus , if you use it, sometimes gets frustrating because it keeps going and doesn’t settle so you miss the shot but you just have to get used to what it likes to focus on and what it doesn’t. (Like even the tiniest branch in front of your subject makes the auto focus go nuts). The pictures are the first 2 or 3 times I sat out with my camera and the lens. I’m loving it.
