Good investment! – I’ve purchased other brands and have have several issues with performance and the paid cloud storage. The Dekco cameras I’ve purchased are by far way better in all aspects. The night vision, day vision, the motion detection are great. The light is very bright so it”s great for dark porches, driveways, and yards. I can see everything clearly and the fact that it follows people and animals is awesome!

The motion detection – The quality of the video is fine but every time I look at it I have to restart my phone cuz it keeps losing connection and I have a 98% connection also the motion tracking I had to turn off because it doesn’t just track humans it tracks bugs leaves I have a tree I live upstairs I have a tree in front of the apartment and if it picks up somebody walking and they walk away from the camera and the camera starts panning once it sees that tree is stay stuck watching the tree all day and allows other people to walk right underneath the camera right up to my door and I had to turn the motion detection off and use it as a still camera because it detects everything had it set for human detection and I guess shadows birds butterflies all look like a human to it so basically I have a still camera I guess if you live in a house and don’t have any trees it would be a great camera but living in Galveston Texas we have a lot of birds and I don’t care to check my notifications 10,000 times a day because of a bird that’s my opinion that’s why I gave it a three-star rating

Doesn’t work at first, update works excellent – I could not get the app to connect to the camera. Worthless. I tried moving the camera inside the house where I know I have a very strong signal and get the message: device is not found. I tried like 7 times. I connected to our internet no problem, even scanned the QR code, but it just would not connect the camera to the app.
