Excellent wuality – This camera is clear with night vision as well as during the day. The battery lasts over a month and the camera is busy as I’m on a busy road.

Very easy to connect to wifi – I lie to y’all not this the first camera I was able to set up all by myself I usually have to get my grand daughter to help me. Only took me bout 20 minutes n I’m 60 yrs young. I highly recommend this camera.

So far so good – We originally had Arlo cameras with a hub. One of the cameras just stopped working and I couldn’t get it to reconnect. Did all of the troubleshooting which included deleting both cameras and the hub and reconnecting them. Well then the hub wouldn’t connect which made it so I no longer had any cameras working. So I decided to try one on these cameras since there is no hub involved. Cameras works great, except for the glare from the light. I placed it in the window to watch the front yard since there’s been some suspicious activity in the neighborhood. When it gets dark, all the camera shows is the glare from the light. I’ll have to figure out another place to put it in order to see the front yard. But I decided to get a 2nd camera for the backyard, since the Arlo no longer works back there. Was easy to just switch them out. The camera has the same fitting as the arlo so I didn’t have to screw anything new into the house. Quality is good, and the night vision works well. The only issue I really had with this camera was trying to get it set up with my wifi. For some reason it took way longer than it should have. I think a step may have been missing in the instruction book, but once it connected it was great. Best part is there is no Hub involved anymore. I like not having that extra piece of equipment taking up space on the desk.

Works well with your own magnet! – I am mostly satisfied with the recording of the short videos sent to my phone with some initial glitches like the notification videos on my screen not matching up with the library videos. Some were not in the library list and I could initially watch the ones on my phone screen once before they disappeared. The other thing is that the magnets on the base of the camera are too weak to hold the weight of the camera which is much heavier than the Wyze camera. I solved this problem by purchasing a $5.00 round magnet from Harbor Freight Tools that was a little larger than the base of the camera and held the camera very strongly to the metal post I wanted to use point the camera.
