Eufy outdoor Cam – I just put this up in my carport and realized it doesn’t move. Wherever you point it is where you will see. I thought it would move in a 180 degree fashion. It has great quality motion detection. You can tell it if you want it to detect people, animals, or both. The images are great day and night. Installation took less than 30 minutes. If you are looking for a corded fixed camera that is reasonably priced, choose this.

Best out there thus far. – Since Amazon bricked it’s Cloud Cams (thanks Amazon!) I have been searching for replacements that most closely resembled what they provided. Their Blink Mini replacements are a macabre joke (and Amazon isn’t letting you post a review accordingly). I used the Cloud Cams for 5 unfailing years to check in on my 90+ year old parents, while my father enjoyed watching the one we had covering the street on his Echo Show, from safely inside his home.

The motion detection isn’t great, though, so I’d consider other options if that’s what you want. I have one camera set up to monitor the side entrance to my house, and it often identifies shifting sun patterns/dappling on the ground as people. I was getting frequent pings from the app that there were intruders on the property and had to disable the feature.
