The night vision is not that great. It is only better when there is a light. The recording time is too limited. When a motion last more than 10s, you’ll miss some part of the video. Since this is an ip camera, I wish the video can be backed up to a personal network storage in lieu of forced paid storage.

Never needs to be charged! – I charged my unit and then set it up with the solar panel attached. That was a couple months ago and I have never gotten a low battery signal. It is set up to view our pool and is in the shade for half the day. The last few days we have had smoke filled skies and still this thing stays charged and operating smoothly. Right now it is partly in the shade and has 99% battery. The only drawback is that you cannot zoom the images when playing back videos, nor can you zoom in while recording.(EDIT: You can zoom! When I first tried, I could not do it. Now I can. Perhaps it updated or I goofed. Either way this camera is perfect.) Neither of those are a deal breaker for me. I have bought several cameras and this one does what it advertises.
