Amazing price and product – We bought the 4 camera and nvr with 3tb memory about a year ago. We loved it so much we wanted to expand. So we bought two new cameras from the same company with the 360 degree radius turn view. We had it delivered late Christmas Eve and the first time to put it up was on Christmas day. I was having a problem with setting up one of the cameras (the 6th one) and I emailed the email provided, not expecting a response on Christmas day. Well I did get customer service on Christmas day and I was able to figure out my problem with the help of an amazing person. I highly recommend this camera for amazing quality and very responsive customer service. Do not be afraid of the price. Great Quality and Price.

Keeps getting better – I bought the base system (NVR + 4 cameras) almost two years ago and gave it a favorable review — since that time my opinion of the product line has only gotten better. Two fixed and two PTZ cameras have been outside since and have performed flawlessly, while meanwhile the company regularly pushes out new features in software. Neat security Camera – I bought this camera to watch the front of my house mainly the entrance doorway. The camera was easy to install including the software sync with my cell phone. I like the idea of having mutiple preset camera locations you can refer to when manually panning the the area of my front yard. The motion tracking is a nice feature, but is slow on responding to motion and can easily miss events. The only negative of this camera is the push alarm feature. I have set the sensitivity to Medium and Low settings and still get numerous false alarms. The camera is so sensitive that it will set off mutiple alarms due to flying bugs at night. I had to shut off the push alarm feature and just have the camera record any event. All in all, this is nice camera for the money spent. I just hope it will stand up to the test of time.
