Missing cameras – Never got to use only received the box unit.. no cameras

Well Worth the money – I bought this package for the outside parameter of the house which they have been exposed to the elements 9 months ago. Easy to set up. I like the fact that you can use your phone to view and also use the dvr for a long term storage. The image quality of these cameras are very good despite being exposed to the weather.

Defective hard drive replaced. Great customer support – Had a bad hard drive. Emailed Johnny and he sent a new one out. Great customer support. I had issues with the wi-fi not having a strong enough signal but saw that you can use the camera as a repeater. Took the strongest signal one and added 2 cameras to it and that solved my problem. Can only do three not all four but it took care of my issue.

Expect to pay for cloud space – They work pretty good from a long ways out, but if you don’t purchase cloud for each one then they don’t seem to work at all. Rip off

Moving branches may effect wireless signal, so straight line of sight is the best setup. Cameras have been functioning for a month now with no apparent problems. Found out the power supply is not waterproofed. You really need an exterior clam shell type cover for the power outlet to shield the power supply from the weather. Overall an excellent security system for the price.

Works well, impressed with customer service – The cameras are a good lower-price item. They are easy to install and have an adequate picture for our needs (small property with an outbuilding). I would suggest a 5 MP camera for higher quality video, if your system is able to handle that.
