Support Site Cannot Be Found! – While the camera works well, has a good picture, and viewable via my PC; I have not been able to connect via wifi nor can I contact support for a solution. The suggested support page always results in “ERROR 404 The site you were looking for cannot be found.” Amazon needs to fix this issue or remove this product.

Keeping an “iON” the subject – Good camera for the price. Two reasons for 4 stars is that 1. the low light capability is somewhat lacking, but during normal daylight hours or even at dusk, the quality is good. One recommendation — when setting the camera up for the first time, use the iON software and change the camera view setting to “auto rotate.” this will allow the camera to be mounted with the controls facing down; makes it much easier to control the camera at a moment’s notice. and 2. The effective distance of the camera is about 20 – 30 yards for a clear video of the subject that one is filming; any further than that and it becomes difficult to see what you actually filmed. Other than that, this is a good camera and I would highly recommend it.

Not impressed – I ordered this because I was looking for a camera that I could attach to my shotgun to record my duck hunting, really what I got was actually pretty disappointing. The size and form of the camera is nice, the mount to the gun is nice as well, but that’s about as far as it goes. I didn’t know when I got the camera that it was no longer supported and that when I had issues getting videos to record and then getting those videos off of the card I had nowhere to go. I had no choice but to return this and get the tactic cam solo which is a much better camera for what I’m trying to accomplish.

Meets my needs perfectly – I bought this using my wife’s Amazon account. This being my first gun camera I wan’t sure what to expect. I mounted it to my Mossberg 12 gauge turkey gun this spring. I was a little skeptical it would survive the woods and recoil of 3 1/2 Federal TSS magnum loads. I must admit I was very pleased with the video quality and how it held up in field conditions. The only issue I found was after I fired the gun the recoil seemed to have shut the camera off, but it stayed on the mounting bracket just fine and captured the most important elements of the hunt. This camera more than meets my needs for capturing turkey hunts. I do wish the mic picked up a little better, but not a game changer. Overall, I am pleased with this camera.

Fun addition to a hunt – The felt on the barrel grip had to be glued down but other than that camera works great. My son used it on a rabbit hunt and then again on a coyote hunt. Great video shows how the dogs are working. He wishes that he had had the camera before Xmas when he got his 351 lb black bear.

I like it alot but just wished it had a zoom – I feel it deserves a solid 3.5. Great clear picture. The con or negative that I have with this camcorder is that the view is too wide and doesn’t offer any kind of zoom. I’ve taken it out and done some pratice videos while sighting my shotgun in and getting ready for Turkey season so with what I’ve experienced for example for a good quality video of a turkey hunt the bird or would need to be no further than 20yrds but 10 to 15 would be ideal if you want to have a good clear shot. This is just my opinion but still a very clear colorful picture.
