Nice Point and Shoot with Impressive Zoom Capabilities – This is a vey nice point and shoot camera, but do not expect results like that of a D-SLR. That said, this is fantastic for a grab and go camera for family pictures, snapshots, vacation photos, etc… especially for times where you do not want to lug a bunch of gear (hiking, biking, kayaking).

Nice digital camera for dual purpose still shots and video – When everyone has a digital phone/video recorder in their smart phones, you might ask why anyone has a need for a separate camera. Glad you asked., there are a number of reasons.

Necessary – If you need to save space on your phone, a camera is a good way to do that. I don’t know how to attaché the strap to hold it

A camera that won’t break the bank – Given the price point of under $200, I find that this camera gets the job done for casual/personal photos. I own a few professional cameras that far exceed the capabilities of this digital camera, but the price is also 10-15 times more than this camera, and guess what? They both take pictures and videos. Not at the same quality, but the experience is similar.
