This is the top of the line camera available – I’ve had Lorex cameras for years and have found no other substitute for the quality that is being produced. People who buy other cameras are missing out on what a real camera is capable of doing. It’s important to have a very good operating system and Lorex has the best one available in my opinion.

Good security camera – now has follow tracking movement – some app and instructions issue – This was a lot easier to set up and get going than I thought it would be. You basically get the app and it will walk you through the steps. However, there are no instructions or manual in the app. The memory card is already installed. You just need to plug in to a power source.

no customer support !! – easy setup–worked great for one day–tracking movement is a little slow–alerts are really slow sometimes 2-3 minutes !! resolution is really good–the only thing i could get to work the 2nd day was a still picture no notifications even after my gf got home from work pulled in the garage and walked to the front door no alerts or tracking !! reset–uninstalled camera and app re installed everything– NOTHING ..contacted cs and in 3 days not a peep from them !! after i bought the camera was just surfing about them and i found out the company had been banned from the use by fcc–SWEET
