Camera arrived broken – The camera was defective right out of the box. It did not power up properly, turning itself on and off. I tried it several times by plugging it into my Compatible UHD DVR using existing inputs and power supplies to no avail. Very frustrating.

You will not be able to hear because it does not require voice – I liked it because I can see what is going on outside my shop but I don’t like it because it says it’s a 4k image but I feel like it really isn’t. When I zoom in on the register I can not see what the number it is. I feel like for something that is supposed to be 4k I should be able to see what my employees are doing to the register. I also don’t like it because it dose not have a voice recorder. But I can’t really blame them for that because it says on it posting that it does not do that

You will not be able to hear because it does not require voice – I liked it because I can see what is going on outside my shop but I don’t like it because it says it’s a 4k image but I feel like it really isn’t. When I zoom in on the register I can not see what the number it is. I feel like for something that is supposed to be 4k I should be able to see what my employees are doing to the register. I also don’t like it because it dose not have a voice recorder. But I can’t really blame them for that because it says on it posting that it does not do that
