Failed to pan to the right – I liked the camera (after difficult installation). Worked okay for a month. Now will not pan to the right. After multiple resets and reboots. Still the same. After contacting support thru website, return email states:

Decent – Easy to set up and figure out how to use. From prior property cameras I’ve had set up this is a slight upgrade. Definitely like the ability to move the camera around and have AI tracking although if it was possible for the camera to start tracking if someone passed certain parameters and not just every person that walks by I think it would definitely be better. Picture quality is pretty good until u start zooming jn (only 5Mega Pixel). For a basic all in one outdoor camera I’d definitely recommend.

Well that was because I didn’t enable that in the app. Then it did not send me an email when motion was detected. That was because I didn’t set it up right in the app. Next it didn’t record on the SD card all the videos when motion was detected or planned recordings. That was because I had a bad SD card. I contacted Luowice Tech support the first day I installed the camera with my problems. I got a great guy who answered all my questions and walked me through the set up. Even provided screen shots of what the set up should look like. I still couldn’t get the email notification to work. The guy asked me for the camera UID and password. He fixed it in about 10 seconds. I didn’t have it set up right. I started off with an old SD card and that was a mistake. Bought a new Sandisk 64GB and that worked great. So now that everything is working, I like the camera. I can even watch my front door directly on my web browser from anywhere. So if you can’t figure out what to do reading the instructions, send an email to Tech support.
