Improved over last year’s model — Still needs work – I’ll start this out, the same way I did in a previous review of an older 2.7k version of the same camcorder, a year ago…

Easy to use but has a few issues – It’s sure enough a functional video recorder and camera. Very thoughtfully two batteries are included as well as a remote and a carry pouch. There’s even a small tripod. Since the camera has a 1/4×20 female thread on the bottom, you can also use a real tripod if desired. You will provide your own SD card – if you want to store any pics or videos – just make sure you have a mini to micro adapter. Micro SD will not fit without it.
