– Received Sentry 3 camera quickly from Amazon. Upon receipt, identified a hardware issue where the Micro SD card when seated would not remain recognized in the camera. Contacted Netvue support (Sofia) via chat who quickly confirmed the issue, offered a few options to resolve then finally agreeing on a solution agreeable to both parties. The Sentry 3 camera is a good camera, not amazing, but the product support provided was second to none. I have several different types of Netvue indoor/outdoor cameras and based on their product support will continue using their products. A lot of technical support agencies from other services (cable, internet, cell, etc..) talk down to the consumer when discussing technical issues where Sofia conducted the chat in a very professional manner without insulting the intelligence of the end user. Very much appreciated.

– I have 2 netvue orbs and they work quite well, so I purchased this one for outdoor usage; I didn’t quite need the PTZ capability, but the price/performance ratio is so good, that it didn’t make sense not to get that additional feature.
