About what I expected – It did set up quickly. The mounting screws are fairly useless, but I am sure someone saved 5 cents on them. The mounting brackets that I received do not fit into the outdoor camera devices. Very close, but requires additional sanding of the bracket to fit into the hole, so hopefully the ones you get are a match. Otherwise, you’ll need some fine grit sandpaper and an extra 15 minutes to get something right you would expect to come right from the beginning. On the bright side, the motion detection is adjustable and the camera resolution is great, in my opinion. I didn’t have extra time to set up the 2nd outdoor camera yet.

No motion detection – The blink outdoor battery powered cameras work as advertised. The blink mini plug in camera will not detect motion. I put the blink mini in our garage because our garage door opener is so quiet you can’t tell when it is operating. The blink mini won’t even detect my wife’s car when she pulls into the garage. I have tried all the troubleshooting with no success.
