Amazing camera at a great price – The dual-view is an interesting concept that turns out to be a great idea. It gives you a wide-angle view of the area while the other camera zooms in and follows the action. With the digital and mechanical pan/tilt combination, the camera can smoothly follow the source of the motion. The built-in AI identifies people and/or vehicles and notifies you. The videos are tagged with what was identified — person, vehicle, pet, or just motion — making it easier to identify videos of the most interest. I have dozens of Reolink cameras and this may be my favorite.

Best Reolink PTZ – Overall, this is one of my favorite cameras from Reolink. The tracking works great and is very responsive. The camera itself is very quiet when operating. Night vision works really well with clear picture with or without the spotlight on. I love the digital tracking that it does in addition to its normal pan & tilt.

Incredibly smart multi lens camera. – This thing has a zillion options to prevent false triggers and actually knows what a person or a vehicle is. The tracking of a moving person or vehicle is incredible, in conjunction with the 6x zoom. The ability to keep a wide view while tracking the target is awesome. More importantly, the price point is incredible for its functionality. All the Reolink products are very good, I own four different models now.

One of the best by far – Everything about this camera is just about complete except this one being a poe has problems showing the dual screen on the phone when ethernet connected to the Reolink nvr. But when connected to the internet modem you’ll get the complete usage on the phone But seems as if then the camera on the nvr doesn’t function correctly. Pretty sure it’s a problem on Reolink’s part. Other than that works as specified to work. Just the night image capture isn’t the best for capturing clear images.

Way better than the RLC-823A – I ended up pulling my RLC-823A down and replacing it with a TrackMix. It for sure does a better job tracking than the RLC. So now I have 2 TrackMix’s. I mentioned in my other review they fixed the App so you can now view both the wide angle lens or the tracking zoomed lens. However you can not view the zoomed lens in recordings via the app only live video. If they get that done in a update it will be prefect. You can view both lenses on recording from a monitor on the NVR but not the app. The attached pictures are of the zoomed lens, they are just screen shots from the app on my phone.

Way better than the RLC-823A – I ended up pulling my RLC-823A down and replacing it with a TrackMix. It for sure does a better job tracking than the RLC. So now I have 2 TrackMix’s. I mentioned in my other review they fixed the App so you can now view both the wide angle lens or the tracking zoomed lens. However you can not view the zoomed lens in recordings via the app only live video. If they get that done in a update it will be prefect. You can view both lenses on recording from a monitor on the NVR but not the app. The attached pictures are of the zoomed lens, they are just screen shots from the app on my phone.
