Zero Integration with Ring Alarm – I have a much better security camera system for my home’s exterior but thought I might try one of these cams indoors since I have the Ring alarm system and a Ring Doorbell already. I made the silly mistake, I guess, of assuming there would be some kind of integration with other Ring products – there isn’t. None. Not a single thing.

Viewing connection time greatly improved – I’ve had a Ring doorbell for over 3 years. I’ve always felt that their devices were useless due to the connection time required to connect the doorbell to a phone after someone rang the bell. Connection times could be measured in minutes, not seconds. By the time the device connected, whoever rang the bell was long gone. I deleted the Ring app from my phone but left the doorbell installed.
