Good cameras and service – For the pricing of the cameras they work great. The picture is clear and the alerts come in handy. Slight issue with the constant lagging of alert notifications and how fast the battery dies but besides that no issues. The customer service is great when I needed to replace the 1st set of cameras because of audio and picture issues they were prompt and helpful and have consistently there to make sure everything went smoothly.

I looked at several of these types of cameras from a design and functional perspective, and Rraycom’s is one if the best I’ve found in its class, from where the power switch and charging port is located to the image quality. It’s a reliable camera that is easy to set up and use. The battery life is very good, up to several weeks without charging (depending on your settings and number of events). It’s also easy to retrieve the videos stored on the SD card and download them to a phone. It was so good that I purchased three additional outdoor cameras, which work seamlessly with the O-Kam application. Customer support is excellent, and I highly recommend Rraycom’s 4K security camera.

Could use better instructions, but overall happy – After nearly 2 hours seeing the first camera up, I was about to give up when I clicked the hotspot option on the top (not the Sonic – DON’T DO THAT IF IT’S CLOSE TO YOUR EARS!!) and it told me to log into the WiFi they use, which is a closed WiFi, so you can’t monitor, BUT once you’ve done that, and it’s connected, you can THEN make it log in to your WiFi.

Set up was tricky – I ordered a 3 pack of these and it was a bit tricky to get them set up and the 3rd one actually took weeks with getting it to work as I would get it replaced and would still have problems. The customer service was excellent in getting it to finally connect! We had a few zoom meetings and sending pictures etc, but they stuck with me to make sure we got it taken care of! Very friendly service and my patience helped.
