Had some Technical difficulties – First technical difficulty was when we add a SD card the camera had a hard time reconnect to the wifi but was able to fix it on my own . Second problem was the solar charger that came with it Stopped working so I ordered a replacement and the replacement charger did want to charger the camera but would charger other items . So contact customer service and they reply very quickly and try Trouble shooting but that didn’t work so the sent me a new charger and it working great

Simple well worth the investment! – This is probably the best outdoor camera that I’ve been able to find that can withhold Michigan weather, and that says a lot. From the rain, wind, and snow and now ice… This camera is still up and running like it was just plugged in. The solar charging panel that it comes with, a gift that couldn’t be more then expected. I haven’t had any issues with this and it was what my initial worry was in the beginning was that battery was going to go and the solar panel wasn’t going to work or it wasn’t going to withhold weather conditions, well it’s been nothing but kept me quiet and loving it. I’ve gone through 3 other cameras and it’s a headache I do not miss, and the card reader isn’t harmed or anything as well, still use it why subscribed to a cloud service which is also nice and available. Alerts on this and setting are a luxury as well, it can’t get anymore simple then this. So I definitely recommend it, save your time and money, you won’t regret it. I’m actually replacing two other cameras I have with this model, and the app holds as many cameras as I need it to as well, too easy, and hard to believe. Finally! Simple!!!
