All but the side pocket is great – This is the perfect size for my Sony Aiv with a 70-200 mm and an extra lens. However the side pocket should really have been an elastic one instead of just a flap of fabric. Since it is not a try side pocket if you stick an umbrella or anything in there it takes up space inward also meaning I don’t have room on the inside for a second lens if I have anything in the side pocket. Disappointing for an otherwise ideal bag.

It’s OK but not great – I got this under time pressure for my new Lumix GX9. It served it’s purpose but I will be shopping for a replacement. The main thing I don’t like about it is the single zipper opening. This is obvious, and I should have foreseen the problem. Instead of some sort of U shaped zipper or wide flap, you have a single slit to stick the camera in/out. It makes it very inconvenient and slow to rapidly pull the camera out or put it back in. It’s also a little bigger than it needs to be for a compact mirrorless. You easily have room for a second lens I guess, but the shape of the bag makes it deep so a smaller lens is going to get lost on the bottom. It would be better if it were a little wider and a little shorter.

This bag is perfect for my purposes and sits like a cross body bag but it’s designed to sit comfortably so that you can pull it forward and because I am right handed, I can easily pull my camera out with lens attached using my right hand. It is a great design and doesn’t necessarily look like a camera bag. It works very well for me!! I am so pleased that it is great looking, not too big for someone who is 5’4 and It holds my camera and lens ready to go!

However, I disassembled everything and ended up fitting my 6dmii, a 24-105, a 17-35, and a 40mm in this! At one point, I carried the body with a battery base and two lenses!! It all nestled nicely inside, the padding is adjustable. It was a GREAT purchase!! It’s durable and fit more than expected. I even carried my wallet in the front pouch and an extra battery.
