Easy setup. Discreet solution. – It took me about 5 minutes to setup as I already have this app on my phone from some other devices. Setup was pretty easy, although my instruction book says to connect to the camera one step too early. Once I adjusted for this, it connected right up. This is a discreet camera that allows great visibility of an area like a kitchen or bedroom where you may have theft concerns. It looks legit to the point I’m worried the cleaning lady might plug her phone into it, which could cause it to overheat.

Great disguised spy cam – I got this camera about a week ago and I love it. I did have a issue with setting up WiFi and I came to the conclusion that the issue was with my passphrase between using TKIP or AES. Anyway I got it solved. This spy cam is well hidden though you will only be able to use at a wall outlet and the cam doesn’t move plus the usb port when being used puts the cord slightly in the field of view. Also you don’t get audio. But I would most definitely recommend this to others. It definitely will do the job when needing to spy on others. I would ask the design team to try and move the usb port down just slightly so the cord doesn’t block anything. Also integration to other Security camera software over RTSP would help a lot as well so I could include it with all my other cameras. As far as the vendor goes, when I opened the box after delivery, I noticed that there was a paper telling me I won a second camera free on them. How cool is that. Two thumbs up for clever marketing. Definitely made me a returning customer.

We had a product question prior to purchase and the vendor Alpha Tech was responsive and helpful. This is the WiFi model (there is a non-wifi model, too.) With this model you do not need a memory card if you are going to be wireless.
