Quality camera but Don’t expect the SD card – Well it didn’t have the SD card that was promised, so that’s disappointing. But on a more positive note. Came on time, wasn’t damaged, and was pretty easy to install.

Won’t stay in base hanging – It does work. But it doesn’t show all areas. It won’t stay in a plug hanging down. Falls out oh the base I put a rubber band to hold. That works. It does show me the cat all day. And you do have to have a subscription

It’s pretty good – For the most part I love it! I just don’t like that the lights have to be on in order for it to work. I have tried to use the plug and have plugged it into my wall but it’s to easy to get to. So I’m not that keen on that one. But the outside is where it is working the best. So for right now I think I may find somewhere else that it can be used and put it there if possible and find another product to replace it. But the quality of the footage is awesome!

Not same as first – Bought the same one I purchased in May. Looks the same, but uses a different app. The app is clunky, loses connection once I’m at work some days making it useless. Also the camera movement will freeze and controls stop working.

Terrible instructions! – The unit is as easy to install as screwing in a light bulb … literally. However, the instructions for activation leave much to be desired. The manual panning function is clumsy, but the picture quality is excellent even at night. For the price, you really can’t complain.
