Bad videos after two years – Update i figured it out, the power cord was very very hot so i switched it out, so far so good. Make sure you keep an eye on the power cord that could have been bad.

Inconsistent performance – The item description says it’s a ZM4285. I received a ZM4295. They look identical but this camera shows up with a lower resolution in the NVR software than my ZM4285 cameras that came with the system. It also freezes when viewing motion playback on the ZR08EN NVR and stops recording every morning around 7am for about 3 hours and displays a gray overlay when viewing playback on the pc/phone app. Multiple resets of the system have done nothing to resolve the issue. Otherwise picture quality day and night is what was expected for the price paid. The cameras that came with the system work well.

Quality and customer service – The quality is pretty good but can’t read license plate, so that’s a dislike! But for bigger objects it’s great it’s good for 1080 60 but wish you could see more! And night vision is good. I feel like it could do better but otherwise good for the price! And there customer service is amazing One of my cameras broke and immediately fixed it! Weather

Great value for price – I purchased this system about a year ago for my home with low cost in mind. Overall I’m pleased with the quality for the price point. Video quality is surprisingmazungly good for how inexpensive they are. Night vision works pretty well, although the infrared lights shine straight to where the peripheral edges of the video does not benefit much from the night vision. The mobile app was updated recently making it much easier to review recorded videos. At around 11 months, I noticed 3/4 original cameras that came with the DVR had some or all of the infrared lights broken (no night vision). I worked with Coco at Zosi support to make a warranty claim on the 3 broken cameras. The process was quick and easy. I shipped off my broken cameras on Friday and had new ones back by the following Friday. I was disappointed in the failure of the cameras that must have been defective but glad to see Zosi made good on their warranty at no cost to me.

The Dome Camera’s lower profile allowed me to mount the camera lower to the ground but without protruding too far. This allows me to get a closer view to the wall where it is located. lower mounting points make easier to get a view of a person’s face versus the top of their head. the Camera seems to be of the same quality build and video as My 5MP Zosi Bullet cameras. the only other difference is they do not record audio. Happy with the camera so far.

Having issues with it shutting down and rebooting all on its own and tech support hasnt been able to help with the issue. We count on these cameras working proporly but we are having issues

camera worked as expected – image quality is good – nvr setup was easy – Would have given 5 stars except for pointing the cameras. The camera assembly consists of 4 parts – the mounting ring, a teflon bearing, the camera and the locking ring. When fully assembled – the camera refused to move – No amount of loosening helped – basically had to disassemble, aim and hold all the pieces together without moving the camera – and then tighten the 3 screws that hold it all together – much sailor talk. I tossed a star because of this – but once aimed and locked – the cameras aren’t moving.
